IMPROV FOR TEENS is designed specifically for students 12 years and up, of all experience levels, to learn and explore the fundamentals of longform comedy improvisation and scene work in a fun, supportive and positive environment. You will play games and exercises that teach you to be spontaneous, make discoveries, and grow as a creative individual and as part of a team.

Improv is a great tool for building self-confidence and your artistic voice, no matter what path your life takes. It's also a great way to meet other people and have fun outside of school! Your regular instructor may be joined by guest artists to enhance your class experience. All skill levels are welcome.

Try-out class this 2/17/12 from 4PM-6PM at Champions Studios
257 W 39th St, 14th Fl (btw 7th Ave & 8th Ave).
Cost for the tryout class is $10.

Louie Pearlman has been teaching comedy improv to teenagers since 2000. His classes are for students or all experience levels, to learn and explore the fundamentals of longform comedy improvisation and scene work in a fun, supportive and positive environment. You will play games and exercises that teach you to be spontaneous, make discoveries, and grow as a creative individual and Then, if you have fun, you can sign up for one of Louie's regular weekly classes. WHOO!

The try-out class will be followed by a full spring improv session!

Dates for the spring session: 4PM-6PM on: 3/2, 3/9, 3/16, 3/23, 3/30, 4/20 with a Class Performance at 6PM on 4/27.
Class will be at Champions Studios - 257 W 39th St, 14th Fl (btw 7th Ave & 8th Ave).

Class performance location TBA. Class is $140.
